Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa Trademark Collection By Wyndham - Midway

This resort suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor pools, and great dining options. Staff helped me with the local taxi number on my first stay. Highly recommend, and I'm returning for Christmas!

Staff was helful and accomadating

The pricing seemed rather high for value.

The best thing is location - short walk to the ski resorts and the Wasatch Mountains. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 15 minutes.

The room was upgraded, had comfortable decor. The staff were consistently courteous and incredible all the time of my stay. Its location was indeed good and only 5 minutes walk from The Homestead Crater.

The views were ugly.

The room was nice, but we felt it was over-priced. We registered online and may have read it wrong, but did not get the upgraded room we thought we had reserved, but paid the upgraded price.

fantastic proximity to parks and unique attractions for explorers

I loved how close we were to the Wasatch Mountains, made our walks through the area more fun, and the delicious bakery pastries at the hotel added to our fantastic experience, making me want to return for every weekend getaway.

The location offered fine views, and the unique Swiss-themed decor added charm to the resort. The children loved the animal area with goats, and we enjoyed the on-site bakery. The pool area, though beautiful, had a few maintenance issues like peeling ceiling paint. The room felt a bit outdated, especially the furniture, which showed wear and tear. Although the staff were friendly, I experienced some slow service at the restaurant during breakfast. The hot tub was nice, but it could have been warmer. The nightly noise from adjacent rooms affected our relaxation, and I would have appreciated clearer communication about the amenities offered.

Zermatt Resort brings together beautiful scenery with clean, well-maintained rooms. The friendly staff was great, though I encountered a few minor maintenance issues. I appreciated the charm and will return to explore more of this artistic haven.

The mini-golf course added fun for the kids. The room cleanliness could use improvement. Enjoyed the friendly staff. The pool area was overcrowded .

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend getaway

Charming hotel, convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions like the crater and a nice outdoor swimming pool for relaxation.

Everything was spot-on.

The absence of basic amenities like a microwave or refrigerator in the so-called 'basic' room was like a letdown, especially considering the price. Pool access timed out at 10 PM, leaving no options for late-night relaxation, while noise from connecting rooms made getting a good night's sleep a struggle. Maintenance complaints piled up with broken hot tubs and erratic internet connectivity, impacting the overall comfort and enjoyment.

Beautiful location and great breakfast. Needed more kitchen supplies and staff friendliness.
